Our guarantee to you is that any normal wear and tear on your earring may be repaired. What payment methods do you accept?

Rock + Bone accepts the following payment methods:

Will I be charged sales tax?

Rock + Bone charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

What are the different shipping options and fees?

All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. International Shipping is offered in some regions but additional shipping fees will apply.
• Ground (2-5 days) free deliveries made Monday-Saturday
• Two-Three day $7.00 deliveries 
• Next day $25.00 deliveries 

Where/How can I track my shipment?

Rock + Bone will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 1-2 business days to process before it ships. You will receive a tracking number and this can help you track every step of your shipment!

What is your Return Policy?

Rock + Bone unfortunately does not accept returns or refunds. We can exchange a product or issue store credit within 7 days of having received item under certain conditions (product was not the color or size you imagined, etc). We also offer repairs under normal wear n tear conditions (please see more above).

Why should I create an account?

Creating a Rock + Bone account allows you to: 
(1) save the contents of your shopping bag for later
(2) easily access your current order details and history 
(3) save credit card information to expedite checkout 
(4) manage your saved items


Can I customize an order?

Rock + Bone unfortunately does not customize orders.


What size are the earrings?

You can find the approximate size of each earring on the top section of the main page of each category.


How do Pre-Orders work?

Most of our pieces are Limited Editions, meaning we will not likely remake the same exact pair again. However sometimes, we may take Pre-Orders on popular pieces and because our items are handmade they may take some time to make.

In this case we will take Pre-Orders! This means the product is NOT IN STOCK currently but we will supply a time frame of availability and if you wish to reserve you may do so! This will be explained under 'Description'.
